At ODDLI INC., we want you to love your unique finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your return quickly.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
